The personal data provided through the registration form will be included in a file by the Singelloop Enschede. By registering, the Singelloop participant gives permission to the Singelloop Enschede to use the data for sending start numbers by mail and information by e-mail to the registrant. The registrant is permitted at any time to object to the sending of information by the Singelloop Enschede by e-mail free of charge, after which the Organizer will stop the sending.

By registration the Participant grants permission to the Singelloop Enschede to publish his/her name and race results, for example through publication in newspapers and via the Internet.

The participant grants permission in advance for video, photo and sound recordings in which the participant may appear in or on. The organization is allowed to make these recordings public or use them for promotional purposes of the Singelloop Enschede.
